RACENIGHT NIGHT DISCO PACKAGE
Our Race Night Disco Package is like no other. If your trying to raise funds for your organisation, club or charity, then this is a gauranteed way to do it. We provide everything required including back ground music while your guests are arriving to create the perfect atmosphere for a night at the races. We run Sporting DVD's on our huge screen prior to the official start. An introduction and explaination on how the nights proceedings work, including introducing the bookies and calculating all the odds for every race throughout the night. A final Auction race to raise even more money for your organisation. Assistance with selling Raffle Tickets on the night, Heads or Tails game, Nearest the Bottle and Auctioning off any gifts and donations.
Music will be played between Races while the Totes are open and once all the activities are complete and the Racing ended this is when the Party begins with our Disco Roadshow. Music can be taylored to suit the audience from any era including 60s70s80s to current chart sounds and anything inbetween.
We only use State of the Art Sound and Lighting and the latest high quality DPL professional projector system at our nights that can project up to 30Ft screen size if your venue is suitable.

100 Racenight/Disco Entrance tickets @ £5.00 each - £500.00
8 Races sponcered by local Companies @ £25.00 each - £ 200.00
8 Horses per Race purchased and named @ £5.00 each x 8 - £320.00
100 guests betting only £2.00 per Race x 8 Races - £ 1600.00 (50% Payout)
8 Horses Auctioned off on Final Race @ £50.00 each x 8 - £400.00 (50% Payout)
100 guests buying only one raffle ticket eack @ £1.00 - £100.00
100 guests paying Heads or Tails @ £1.00 each - £100.00
50 guests only playing Nearest the Bottle @ £1.00 each - £ 50.00
Total Income £ 3270.00
